Reclaim is built so that there is almost nothing to write here. The app has no account, no server and no analytics. This page covers the two places anything is stored: your phone, and the waitlist on this website.
The short version. Your sleep data never leaves your iPhone. If you join the waitlist, we hold your email address and nothing else, and we use it once.
The app
Reclaim reads how long you slept last night from Apple Health, on your device, and compares it to the rule you set. That reading is used on the spot and stored on the phone.
- Nothing is transmitted. The app makes no network requests. There is no server for your data to reach.
- No account exists. You never create one, so there is no profile of you anywhere.
- Storage is local. Your rule, your history and your notes live in app storage shared with Reclaim's own Screen Time extensions, on the device.
- Health access is read only, limited to sleep, and you grant it through Apple's own permission screen. You can withdraw it at any time in the Health app, and Reclaim will simply stop having anything to judge.
- Deleting the app deletes the data. There is no copy for us to hold.
Reclaim uses total sleep duration only. It does not read heart rate, HRV or any recovery score, and it does not calculate one.
The waitlist on this site
If you submit the form, we store the email address you typed and the time you submitted it. That is the entire record.
- It is held in a Cloudflare D1 database controlled by MK Builds.
- It is used to send you one message when the TestFlight build opens, and nothing else. No newsletter, no marketing sequence.
- It is never sold, rented or shared.
- Ask us to remove it and we will, with no questions.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request logs as part of delivering the page.
Children
Reclaim is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we hold or what we do with it, we will update the date at the top, and anyone on the waitlist will be told before the change applies to them.
